Shion, a 17-year-old high school girl who had her first love confession cut short by the merciless words of her first lover, has grown up to be a beauty salon employee with a sophisticated appearance and solid skills and is now living a fulfilling life, using her humiliating heartbreak as a springboard 12 years later.
However, despite her beautiful transformation, she has no luck finding love. Concerned, her best friend from high school arranges a blind date. Shion's innocent presence immediately attracts the attention of the men, but all she can do is smile awkwardly. Then she hears a man making fun of a woman's appearance, and suddenly, she loses her self-control, and her mind is taken over by the trauma of a long time ago!
12 years have passed, and nothing has changed... Shion is shocked to see a photo from her high school days of her first love and herself, a 17-year-old with a dull appearance. She unintentionally tears up the picture, and at that moment, she travels back in time to 2010! She is reunited with her first love.
During confusion over whether it is a dream or reality, Shion, unable to accept her reflection in the mirror, undergoes a complete makeover using the makeup techniques she has cultivated over the past 12 years.
She looks 17 years old but is 29 years old on the inside. Shion has undergone a complete makeover and begins her second high school life.

Wakaba Fujitani is a high school sophomore in Fukui Prefecture. Ever since she was little, she has been an ardent fan of the JETS, a top high school cheer dance team from her hometown that won the U.S. national championship for the first time. Her dream is to one day join the team and win the coveted U.S. national championship again. But when Wakaba fails to pass the school’s entrance examination, her aspiration of even becoming a cheer dancer are crushed, and she settles for attending a high school in a neighboring town where she spends most of her time merely cheering at sporting events as part of her school’s weak cheerleading club. Then one day, Yuri, a transfer student from Tokyo with a forceful personality arrives and befriends Wakaba, suddenly suggesting that the two of them try out for the cheer dance team. Startled by this turn of events, Wakaba slowly begins to feel a rekindling of her long-cherished childhood dream.
후지타니 와카바는 후쿠이현에 있는 고등학교2학년생. 어린 시절 지역강호 치어댄스 부「JETS」가 처음으로 전미 우승을 달성한 연기를 보고 동경심을 가지게 된다.
장래 자신도 같은 치어댄스부에 들어가 전미 우승을 하겠다는 꿈을 꾸게 되지만, 고교 입시에 실패하면서 어느새 치어댄스마저 자신에게는 불가능할거라고 생각한다.
이웃마을 고등학교에 입학한후 약소한 치어리더부에서 운동부를 응원만하는 고교생활 을 보내고 있었다.
어느날, 도쿄에서 온 저돌적인 전학생 시오리는 와카바에게 치어댄스를 하자고 제안한 다. 시오리의 갑작스런 제안에 당황하지만 와카바의 마음속에 어릴적부터 품어왔던 치어댄스를 향한 뜨거운 마음이 되살아난다.
藤谷若葉是福井縣的高中2年級。年幼時，看到福井縣高中的硬手啦啦隊舞隊「JETS」得到首次全美冠軍的表演以後就一直抱着憧憬，心懷遠大夢想的想自己將來也要進入該隊而獲得全美冠軍。不過因為高中考試失敗，若葉變得認為自己連啦啦隊舞蹈都不可能學會，就進入隔壁城市的高中，過着只在實力差的啦啦隊部里爲運動部助威的高中生活。
有一天，若葉被從東京來的採取強制態度的轉校生·潮里邀請設立啦啦隊舞部。若葉對潮里的太突然的邀請雖然一邊有困惑，但在心中里，從孩子時候懷抱的對啦啦隊舞蹈的熱情也一邊再次復甦。

Sayako is approaching 30 and has begun to mourn a life devoid of money and an education. “It wasn’t supposed to turn out like this,” she sighs, lamenting her past failed college entrance exams. 「그때 대학에 갔더라면 다른 인생이었을까?」라고 털어놓는 사야코에게 타쿠의 한마디가 계기가 되어 운명이 크게 움직이기 시작한다…!
한차례 포기했던 건축가의 꿈을 이루기 위해 다시 배우기로 결심하고 별 볼일 없는 회사원에서 서른 살 대학생이 된다!
